Living in a beautiful area of Scotland Janet can’t help but be influenced by what she sees around her incorporating the colours of the landscape into her textiles and making jewellery from the local beach stones and sea-glass.

The name ODdesigns not only incorporates her surname but reflects her love of the unusual and unique.

Janet will be opening her studio between 24th and 26th May as part of Spring Fling 2008.

Marshall trained in ceramics and established an international exhibition record in that field with his work in many significant public and private collections. However he has been involved in architectural projects for a long time through his work with the Edward Marshall Trust .

Doug Lanchbery has had over twenty years experience as a player of the bodhran, wooden flute, tin whistle and guitar. He offers tuition in these instruments on a one to one basis or in groups. His workshops are informal, informative and fun with students able to work at their own pace.

This is Dumfries and Galloway's premier ceilidh band playing fiddle driven Scottish and Irish traditional music for all occasions. The caller never fails to get people on the floor for traditional and fun dances and our infectious music soon gets the feet moving.
Theycan also provide music for parties and sessions.
